We need:
700 gr cauliflower
50 gr butter
½ cup flour
400 ml milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp nutmeg
50 gr grated cheddar cheese
100 gr grated mozzarella
6 slices of smoked ham
Cooking:
Clean and cut the cauliflower into large pieces, boil about 10 minutes in boiling water. Then put the pieces in baking pan. Melt the butter in the saucepan over low heat, add flour, milk and mix well. Spice the sauce with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
Add two types of cheese, mix until the sauce becomes homogeneous, then pour it into a baking pan over cauliflower.
For those, who cannot imagine dinner without meat - our final touch: cut the ham into small slices, roll into tubes and stuck in the casserole to look like roses.
It remains only to bake - 12 minutes at 377˚F (190˚C).
